Montana Catch-all Dish Workshop

Participants will practice several clay handbuilding skills, including slabs and coils, and decorating techniques like stamping, sgraffito as they create their own Montana catch all dish.

You will choose a glaze and when your piece has been fired twice, I will ship it to you in a USPS flat rate box.

We will be working in my ceramics studio for about two hours. The cost is $200, which includes shipping of your final project, clay, glaze, firings, instruction, and a delightful atmosphere.

Mudslinger Studios general information

All Mudslinger workshops accommodate a maximum of five adult students. I provide aprons and smocks but suggest participants avoid wearing precious clothing and leave jewelry at home. The Chief Mudslinger, Julie Engler, has been teaching adults pottery for nearly 20 years and has advanced degrees in both fine art and education. Despite this, participants are guaranteed a good time in the Mudslinger studios.
